I’m so pleased to have found this forum, my husband died 2 months ago , I have never felt emotional pain like this ,I feel so empty , and after reading some of the posts here ,realise there are so many people feeling as low as me , also doing stuff that I do , it’s nice to feel I haven’t lost the plot ,thanks for listening.

Hi, no you are not alone, it’s a club no one wants to join but unfortunately it happens. It takes time to come to terms with your loss and there is no way you can speed up the process. It’s when they say it’s the price we pay for the love we had and non of us have it long enough. It it slowly and be kind yourself. Sending blessings S xx
