My dad has just died and not sure what to do next
Hi Lizmorgan I’m so sorry about your Dad, it’s devastating losing a parent, I do hope you have family around to help you through this time, as for what to do, the funeral directors will tell you all that is necessary, as to after, it’s just taking a day at a time, some days will be better than others, there is no time limit to grieving, but getting out every day into the fresh air does help, sending love Jude xx
I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my mum 3 weeks today all I can say just take one day at a time. I have friends and family around me but sometimes you just need that minute to your self

I’m sorry for your loss Liz. I lost Mum in December. All you can do is just simply “be”, This site became my 2nd home when I lost my Husband 5 years ago and it felt right to come back again when I lost my Mum. Sometimes you just want to read or may like to exchange thoughts with others. Sending kind thoughts.
