My wife passed away on the 29th of January and I’ve been looking for things to help with the awful pain of her loss and I came across a 52 minute video on Facebook called Living Without the One You Can’t Live Without which is really excellent and well worth a look.

@Nara thank you for that I will take a look. I found a book on audible it’s called the grieving brain, it’s all about how our brain reacts when we loss someone we love. It explains a lot of the feelings we have during grief I found it very interesting and in a funny way comforting.
