Thats how it is isn’t it. You can feel a bit bit better one day or even 2 or 3 then the grief builds up and has to come out in some way. After 11 months I have days where I just start crying for no particular reason other than just missing him and feeling sad and lonely then I just walk around doing stuff, crying at the same time, on and on until something happens that makes me stop, like answering the phone or having to go to the shop.

Just a phone call off my neice her hubby was.he had an operation on his veins. He just redressed it was bleeding like hell had to get 999 emergency i am shacking now. My fave nephew. Xxx

Hello love. Welcome . It’s a very very hard thing this grief. It’s new to us all. We all have our ups and down days. All I can say is day by day. Baby steps. Don’t beat yourself up if you want to cry. Do it. Also do what you want to do when you want. Some people have all the best intentions but if it’s not for you say so. Love that colour blue Dave. I was the youngest of our family by quite a few years. They all liked different music. The main two I grew up listening to because of them was Motown and soul. Which constantly has it revivals. Never goes out of fashion. Xx

Yes he had his veins done ,and when the redressed it the blood came pouring out he panicked so they phoned 999 forcan ambulance came quick they redressed itvhecis ok niw
