Yes, I just wish it happened before, after what happened to Mark they are now screening properly and putting suspected cancer patients on an urgent list and making sure departments are communicating with each other.
Why does a family have to suffer for them to take notice.

Yes my partner was a home bird. Now and again he’d go out for a meal under pressure!! Bless him. But he also could be funny with food. He was what you called a geezer. Meat and 2 veg. Anything else was foreign and he’d turn his nose up at it. It the little things you always remember isn’t it. Xx

It was the other way round for us, Mark always said my pallet was rubbish for a Chinese person, I like my food plain and he liked flavour xx

I feel the same love. I was talking to a friend last night. The same happened to her husband and the awful thing they told her was that he’d probably died with alcohol poisoning brought on by the cancer because they went out a couple of nights a week!!! Really!!! It’s something she’ll never get over. Xx
