I had a really good day with family yesterday, but today it is three months since Mark died, and I am feeling so so sad. Every day makes it seem more real, and I feel like I cannot go on without him. nor do I want to, the grief is suffocating me today.
I know we all have our ups and downs, and at the moment, I am having a down time.

Awful night last night. Got upset and couldn’t sleep very well. When I did , I dreamt with Peter but something that didn’t happen. So confusing
