At the moment I’m ok, this morning I had a meltdown so went to Tesco just to get out of the house and this afternoon I had another one so went for a drive to clear my head.
Just sat in the garden at the moment thinking about Mark. Weather like this he would have done a bbq for just the two of us, I would bring him a cider while he was cooking.
God, this ache in my heart is unbearable, I miss him so much.

Hey…I’m thinking you had more than a few darlin.
I know just what it’s like hugging the loo for most of the night, falling asleep, freezing n waking suddenly with that banging head that doesn’t belong to me and then crawling to bed n drinking pints of water.
I’ll be honest and say if I get a bit, well maybe a lot drunk I lose a day or two after…
I used to think it was worth it but now I’m not that sure anymore…it’s an age thing…
Plus John not here to bring me the bacon butties I always longed for after a night on the tiles…x
I think i am going mad talking to myelf i know maria is here but no answer yet. Still had a good day. Getting a bit sad now .this time is when i miss her xxd
I’ve just had a complete meltdown, just heard our song and lost it.
We had it playing at the end of Marks funeral but I couldn’t listen and ran out of the service.
I hate this time of night too, even though the tv is on, its the quiet and loneliness xx

It’s strange how much more attuned to music we become.
I used to dance around the kitchen n John thought I was completely crazy, he used to say he’d never known anyone like me before. I’d always danced though with my kids n granddaughters…
Now if a dance song comes on that reminds me of those lovely times I have to switch off so now I tend to play classical music…
