Dont I am 70 next month 9th June, first birthday alone in 52 years followed by what would have been our 48th wedding anniversary on the 23rd June going to be a fantastic month!!
Just come in from the garden spent most of the day out there has been a lovely day.
Yes we also got engaged ony birthday 39 year’s .ago wow were has the time gone xxx
I know exactly what you mean I can still remember so much of the 52 years which is probably the biggest problem no memories no grief but regardless of how I feel now hand on heart I would not change any of it except the end of course. xxx
Thats it for me today did not get a lot of sleep last night so time to go watch some tv and probably fall asleep in the chair.

Fiscardo was our special place too. We have been going for years and we were there in September 2023 when my husband slowly deteriorated. Sadly I was just so pleased to get him home. He died a week later. I’m not sure if I can ever go back but it would be nice to see some old faces again.
I feel your pain and please just know that you’re not alone on this very surreal path that we are all trying to navigate.
Please let me know if ever you decide to go back to the wonderful memory making Fiscardo again….

Hi Darlin. I sense you and I are having a bad time just now.
For me I think realisation kicking in big time and I’m fed up with myself because I’m not wanting to do anything except stay in bed. Feels like I’m going back wards instead of forwards. Not good.
I feel you are anxious about the upcoming Crete trip but I know you’ll get through it, not easily but you’ll have people there with you and they’ll support you…
