How do you get passed this?.

I haven’t posted for quite a while, but now I finally have the nhs findings after I had to get the ombudsman to help support me.My trust have taken four and a half years to supply some answers. My catalogue of complaints was quite lengthy as my Husbands care was at times shocking. I just want to know how I can get passed this.
A. On the second day of my Husbands inpatient stay it was mentioned that he had fibrosis on his lung , I asked if he needed to be seen by an respiratory consultant and was told no.Fast forward seven months when my Husband had suffered considerably on a daily basis. We went to see the hf specialist after absolutely battling to get an appointment, he asked what our respiratory consultant thought of my Husbands condition, when I said he had never been seen, he asked us “why”.Then the hf specialist went on to say my Husband had asbestosis. When I received my Husbands notes it said he should have been discharged to respiratory service i. he made an urgent referral this being 7 month later As part of my complaint the referral process was considered to be acceptable as the hf specialist did refer him" eventually." This is very hard to take as my darling man suffered so very much .
B. This to me is beyond heartbreaking, on the last day of my Husbands life he was sent to hospital by his Gp, as his oxygen levels were low. When he arrived he was given oxygen, he said "thats lovely ". As the day wore on he was really tired. Whilst sitting in the curtained cubicle with my family , a dr came in and was messing about with his oxygen, I asked "what are you doing "he didnt look at me or answer, and walked out. It was clear then my Husband was suffering, I called a nurse in who accused one of us removing his oxygen, the nurse reinstated the oxygen. I was then asked to go outside and indentify the dr in question. Fast forward , the ombudsman agreed that my Husbands oxygen was removed and he suffered because of it.I am utterly heartbroken to know this, they also agreed that we had been asked who had removed the oxygen . Then even though they found this to be accurate ,they cannot find any paperwork. In my Husbands notes it states that a dr removed oxygen ,I named the doctor, but they told me as they haven’t got notes of a timeline they cannot action the complaint further. I don’t know how I can ever get over this, I am utterly heartbroken. The next step is for the trust to tell me how they can improve services. If there is anyone out there who has had awful treatment and managed to move on , I would be extremely grateful, this is on my mind 24/7 .
