Put some music on and turn it up loud so that neighbours dont hear and have a really good scream @UnityMan and @Rome18 !! Perhaps do that tomorrow when neighbours at work !!!

I got told that many years ago by a counsellor - its supposed to be a good way to get rid of your anger !!! Xx

I so understand that scream. I have been okay for a while but today is a horrible day. My sister has gone t London for the weekend to see her son. I just feel lost and empty and don’t know what to do with myself x
