So woke up this morning and realised what the date was. It is exactly 44 years ago that I went to a party at the end of my first year at University and somehow ended up with my Keef. That was the day my life changed for the better whereas now I have another day, 11th February 2023, where my life effectively ended. Since nobody really knows the significance of today I am going to stay in this evening and think/remember happy memories of our time together. Friends and family try and help/say the right things, but unless you’ve actually experienced this you cannot possibly understand the pain and desolation it brings when they go. I’m sure that there’ll be much crying today, again.

@Guineapig65 sending hugs and hope today brings lot of happy memories. It’s so true that no matter how much friends and family try to help, no one understands until they’ve walked in these shoes. Take care
