Hello, can anyone out there tell me how to keep things together having lost my other half in August 2023 and now my sister is on life support and her future is uncertain???

Sending hugs of support, I’m sorry to hear your going through all this. It sounds like a lot to be going through, I hope you have family & friends who can support you, if it helps, maybe check what support is available in your area. To be honest no-ones future is certain, non of us really know what’s round the corner, all we can really do is take it one day at a time, & try to look after yourself.
