I am new to this group. Our family lost our mum a week ago. Our Dad is due to have a heart procedure end of this month. Both early 80’s
My sister was told yesterday that she hasa tumour on her liver.
Ithe family are bereft. How do we support our dad and sister? Where do w get the strength to support them going forward. 
Eva condolences for your mum. You really are going through a tough time. Your dad and sister must be so scared and need your support. Seems like everything is happening all at once. Dont forget to take time to be kind to yourself we can get so wrapped up in everyone else we forget to look after ourselves. Hope your dad gets on ok and your sister gets sorted thinking of you and sending a hug
