You have my sympathy,my wife was the recipient of medical negligence,we demanded a meeting with the trust board and was accepted,our meeting was on the 17th September,and independently recorded,the trust accepted responsibility,I received a paper record and a voice recording,strangely on the 19th of September,the senior nurse in charge and attending doctor had “ left the trust”we could have gone down the legal route but money won’t bring her back.
