Hello Lynn. I have just woken at 7.00am to see to our German Shepherd and read your moving post. I’ll drop you a private message later as I’m going to see if I can get a few hours respite in the form of some sleep. Yes, you are totally right, some of the most comforting comments have come from complete strangers. Glad you got through the day, the visit from your new friend probably did wonders. My Husband was 71 and I was 51 when I lost him. I am 52 now.

I would definitely join the MOM club. My mum died in June 2017 and I miss her every day. I don’t live in Reading, or I would gladly meet up with you! x
