…i too found myself in this same situation 11th April, my partner of 20 years Richard died at home suddenly…I too have been asking myself this same question, sadly we will never now find out the answer…as for the shock, this will haunt us forever…and the guilt for me is unbearable…

I lost my husband in Jan 19 and I still struggle with it
