I’m so sorry to hear that you lost both your mother and brother to suicide. It sounds as though you are feeling very alone after these awful losses. Please don’t apologise for your English - your post was easy to understand, and that is all that’s important on this site.

It’s really important to have outlets for your grief, and I hope that writing it all down here is of some small help to you. While you wait for some more replies from other users, I just wanted to let you know about another good organisation called Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, who offer lots of help, including a phone line, email support, local support groups and online support: https://uksobs.org/

Sue Ryder also offers a free online counselling service, where you can talk to a professional counsellor via video chat: https://www.sueryder.org/counselling

Hi Brocken Heart
I can’t begin to understand what you’re going through. But just wanted to send you my love and a virtual hug . Take care and look after yourself.

I am coping with the death of my daughter, but l finding a way forward by volunteering with a group who provide spiritical healing. They have beautiful gardens and woodlands which l regularly walk.
I have reached deep into my spiritical side and this gives me comfort.
I am trying to help others who have mental health problems like my daughter did.
I recently applied for 300 trees to plant another woodland in the Seekers ground and this has been agreed.
This will allow others to find the peace that have.
We are also opening a tearoom and connecting with other community groups to help people.
Try to get some reason for living celebrate the good times and put your energy into helping others like l am.
The Seekers Trust is in kent. Do you live near to it? Jackiex.

May God wrap you in His loving arms, and support you.
