Last Saturday 08/05/2026 my best friend a tuxedo cat called Tommy passed away
The pain is unbearable
I was with him at the end, he had very advanced lymphoma
I feel so alone and the house seems empty without him
We used to sit together every night and he followed me everywhere
I honestly tried every medical intervention including oncology and a private specialist all to no avail
The light has gone out of my life, I’m not ok
When will it stop hurting

I know how you feel, we lost our beautiful cat Mandy in Aug 2024, she was almost 19. She died beside me on our bed. We were distraught as she was our best little friend ever. Our little girl.
Little did I know that the following year in Oct 2025, I’d also lose my lovely husband. I like to think they’re together now, I can’t wait to join them.
I’m so sorry for your loss, losing a much loved pet is so difficult, they’re part of the family. It’s a huge loss for you.
