I lost my mum in November just can’t believe she’s actually gone. I’m devastated. How can life ever be the same again?

Losing your mum is incredibly hard. Any one on this site who has experienced it will understand how you feel. Life will never be the same again, it will be different without her, but your memories of her and your love for her will be forever in your heart. Talking about your loss with others will help so it is good you have come to this site. I hope that reading other people’s stories will bring you hope and comfort at this sad time.

I lost my mum in Oct and feel exactly the same. Some days are harder than others, but all we can do is get up each day and try to continue. Hopefully doing that will make our mums proud. Be kind to yourself and know you aren’t alone here x
