Can you tell me if there is a phone line? Im having help but in between I get desperate

Hello @1407, thank you for your post - I am so sorry for the loss of your son. Sue Ryder doesn’t have a phone line, however, the Samaritans are available 24/7 to talk about anything that you are worried about in confidence. You can call them on 116 123.
Cruse Bereavement also have a freephone number on 0808 808 1677. You can find the opening times on their website. They also have a live chat on their website where you can speak to a trained counsellor from Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm.
