I have my 3 sons at home with me, it was very difficult for us all as we were/are grieving and we grieve differently. They helped cook, get shopping in the early weeks, I couldnt get off the settee, i slept on there for weeks too.
The tears will endlessly keep coming for a while yet as your in so much pain, you feel you cant breath and tears just keep coming, your have periods of calm as your brain is trying to process so much and it can’t cope.
Do you have a neighbour that could support you?
Not really she as alot of family commitments, she is out and about most days. I could just do with a friend who could stop here overnight sometimes just so the house didnt feel so empty. Xxx7

My friend put me onto 2 them, & i diden’t use them for a long time, its so easy & u get a great selection with out dragging around the shops. Im very impressed. & they do their own brands, & M&S
