It’s hard not to blame yourself , I was supposed to be with my friend on pillion when he crashed , still sort of think it wouldn’t have happened if I’d have been with him and got to him to slow down . But those thoughts are not helpful to us , you couldn’t have stopped him doing what he did , when you’re younger , you think you’re invincible .
Sounds like you have some stored up grief as well as your most recent loss ?
Your a sweet heart on the quiet. I can hear it kind and creing I would like to make you a friend as I can go weeks with out talking to people since I moved to wales I made no friends just me and my bulldog lumpy
She has been my shoulder she cleaned my eyes and worried stoped Eating because I had had to cook her really nice food lamb chicking fillets to get her eating again we were both down Now she is glue with a taste for fine foods
I am 10 weeks from the loss of my wife and started counselling it does help to talk and the councilling gets you out as well . All the best with your one to one day by day l have to go out as l have 2 westie doggeis little by little . Sleeping seems a problem but dont give up . Ken Oxford
