Thanks for your reply. I spoke to citizens advice this morning & showed them the copy of the letter, & questions I answered & sent back to DWP, they seem to think, as I am alone at the house, & there’s no-one there to care for me, I may be entitled to other benefits, & this is why they’re asking. I’ve done all I can for now, I just have to see what happens.
Thats good to hear - even if the DWP arent proactive in telling you about additional benefits you might be entitled to, im sure Citizens Advice would be able to assist and ensure you’re getting all the help you can

Update, my sister told me, her & my dad went to a seance, my dad got a message from his parents, saying they weren’t happy with how he’s treating me, I don’t think he was happy with that.
I miss my mom so much, I wish I could speak to her now.

see, you did get through, didn’t lose benefits and may have accessed more. sometimes, even in this degrading world, things work out and sometimes, they work out better.
