Imminent loss of my adult daughter

My beautiful, super clever first born child is now at end of life care. She is 43 years old and a mother of two. Three years ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer which was incurable. However she fought so hard for every available treatment and went through absolute hell to buy more time. Now there’s nothing left and the cancer is in her brain. She has lost capacity and is in a care home for her own safety. This is incredibly hard on her husband and children, and also myself her dad, her brothers and sister and the whole extended family. I don’t know what I’ll do without her.

Hello Siantarves, so sorry for what you and your family are going through, end of life care is so devastating, to see your loved one suffering is so heartbreaking :broken_heart:. I lost my husband in March and it was so hard seeing him in the hospital, he was in icu for 3 weeks. Yes it is very hard on the family. My heart goes out to you and your family, may God strengthen, guide you and comfort you during these difficult days. GOD BLESS YOU. :folded_hands:

Dear Santarves I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. My wife struggled with cancer treatments. She was given five months to live after a diagnosis of bile duct cancer but she managed to survive nearly two years. I hope you all find the strength you are going to need as a family to look after eachother. Wishing you all the best and keeping you all in my prayers

Godbless you all :mending_heart::folded_hands:
