I have no idea if I am doing this right! My best friend, more than my soulmate, of nearly 60 years died July 7th, 2022. I was her sole caregiver for 7 years. She suffered depression, PTSD and frontotemporal dementia. She was my world, my inspiration, the center of my being. I have no idea how to live without her.

Hi Ostick, in sorry for your loss. It is awful isn’t it when the bottom has fallen out of our worlds? But we’re all on this road together and can hopefully find some purpose in supporting each other x
