Just wanted to acknowledge your post. I don’t have much in the way of wise words to share but I can offer a bit of empathy and understanding. Hope you get a few hours sleep. At least we aren’t thinking whilst we are sleeping. Kind regards.

I sleep in a weird way, I just have sleeps on the settee, but I sleep quite a bit but it won’t necessarily be at night. Sleeping is so strange now, sometimes I’m asleep and I don’t realise I’ve dropped off. I hardly move off here.

I’ve the same since my dad died I find it hard to sleep in a bed and being close to someone I am happy to have u offload to me if you like I’m a single mom no friends and no one to turn to myself wouldn’t want anyone feeling like they haven’t got anyone to turn to
