Hi - Iām 10 months down the line and yes, you are on the most awful roller coaster. I am much better to be fair, more good days than bad - but still get days out of the blue where it is as if it happened only yesterday. All I can say is keep coming on here. You are definitely not alone and so many of us are with you on this god-awful journey and will understand.

Up and down im exactly the same although more down with Christmas approaching.
