Late grief

After loosing my Mother in July 22 I thought I was doing well and had accepted her death and had been able to move forward. However at the time of her death I was in the process of moving home to a new area. Since moving I have discovered some health issues of my own , nothing major but still unexpected. The property and the area I moved too have not lived up to my expectations and I have been dealing with selling my own house along with my mother’s property since Feb 24.
To cut a long story short after a roller coaster ride of securing sales and purchasing both properties are now moving through the sales process, I have yet to find a home.
Over the last year I have been feeling lower and lower and feel completely out of step with everything and have no idea who I am and feelings of total hopelessness and no desire for anything in life. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @TillyT ,

I can see that you’re new to the community, so I wanted to say that I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother that brings you here.

I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that may help right now.

Thank you again for sharing – please keep reaching out and know that you are not alone.

Take care,

Alex

Hi
Just a thought but would you be happier moving into your mum’s house to feel closer to her.
Sending love
