My mum died 7 years ago on Boxing Day and I’m finding it hard to cope

Did you ever get any counselling or support when you lost your mum?
Sorry to hear you are having a difficult time i lost my dad 11 years ago and my older brother coming up to a month ago… i like you am sometimes finding things difficult please message me any time if you need to talk you are not alone
