im extremely sorry for your loss i lost my wife im 57 she was 41 she passed away in March .Have you been to see your gp ? have you got family or friends to lean on ? take each day as it comes but reach out for help dont go through this alone .Massive friend hug Colin
Unfortunately I am no more an expert than yourself. My husband died three months ago , very suddenly after a heart attack. I try to keep as busy as possible and my sisters and grown up children have been brilliant. Try , if you can to talk to people either face to face or online . Being alone sometimes is ok , but I find longer times more difficult to manage.
