Hello everybody,
I went to a place called the friars in aylesford, kent. A catholic monastery on the banks of the medway.
A beautiful place to light a candle, say a prayer.
If you live in or near try to visit. It will quieten your mind and allow you just to be.
I can feel all the prayers and love we as a group are generating building into a force that will comfort and bind us and our lost loved ones together as one.
