Feeling really lonely right now. My brother and father were out to a family lunch get together today, but I politely declined. I just am not in the emotional capacity to do that. Christmas is coming soon and that is going to be hard too. My friends and family members were showing me warmth and kindness before, but are now going really quiet. They’re not replying to me. It’s like they’re avoiding me. Has anyone experienced this before?
@music2 , I have an entire village my family inclusive that does talk to me or want me anywhere near them, they follow tribe traditional belief, no man can take me as his wife even if he want to. meaning my isolation is permanent.
I am sorry for what you’re going through may be they don’t mean that ,they just don’t know what to say or do around you , The world is cruel, it Changes our lives in unfair way.

I’m sorry to hear of your situation. It feels very lonely when no-one wants to talk to you. Or they avoid you.
An update. My brother and father have returned from the large family lunch. They have ignored me and gone to their rooms. The whole family was at the lunch apparently. Yet, still, my father chose to have a mother conversation with my brother in the kitchen. I don’t seem to exist. My father knows how much I am grieving and he shows no empathy. I am anther person in the house. This, really makes me feel lonely. All I can do is blog on this forum. Take care x.
