I agree 1954.ron, being lonely is a hard thing to get used to.
I am lucky as I work, on my days off I try to plan things, even if it’s just a walk, just getting out and about helps.
The dark nights make things harder, you become more isolated and have too much time for negative thoughts, not ideal.
