Grief is so difficult at times one minute im crying all the time and the next im smiling then feel terrible for doing it
I’m so sorry for your loss
Grief is the most horrendous journey. Full of highs and lows. Its like a rollercoaster you can’t get off.
You’re supposed to make a new life, but when you try the guilt is awful. If you don’t you feel guilty for not trying.
You’ve done right coming here, keep posting. Everyone here understands because we are all on the same grief journey. All at different stages, I’m 3 months tomorrow, but we’re all here to listen and to support each other
Sending you big hugs
Hi sorry for your loss.
It’s difficult and doesn’t feel real.
Just take one day at a time, meet with friends. Talking has helped me, anytime you feel sad and low call someone.
I feel guilty when I laugh, night times are the worse.
My partner passed 23rd march suicide, when it’s so unexpected rocks your world.
Think of all the good times and cherish memories x
