Hi all, I am a 22 year old gay, transgender man. I lost my beloved partner almost three weeks ago through suicide, I am looking to start therapy to help me some to terms with his sudden and incredibly tragic loss, I would really appreciate any websites, recommendations or guidance as to where you recommend looking for therapy of this nature. I am based in London, and would love someone who can understand queer relationships and grief. thank you <3

I know that lots of our members who have been bereaved by suicide have found Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (Sobs) to be really supportive, too.
The community is here for you as well I hope you find the support that you need.
Take good care,

Hi Blake7
I’m so sorry for your loss. You can find a lot of help online just by doing a search and it’s worth reading other posts on here as often other people’s experiences will resonate with you. The thing to remember is that although it may feel like it sometimes you really are not alone. Someone somewhere is going through similar grief and there are people who really understand your pain.
I wish you much strength in this difficult time.
