Good evening, im new to this so apologise if i get anything wrong.
I lost my Brother on the 2nd of December, he took his own life and i found him.
Im struggling with so many questions, im also struggling to sleep properly due to vivid dreams and images.

Hi Feathers so very sorry for your loss and the way your brother passed .Its heartbreaking.I have dreams images too and go over and over everything leading upto the loss and the life we lived too good and bad.
.Its so very hard but also normal.Small steps one day at a time xxx
