I’m new on here, I lost my dad 6 weeks ago, he went in hospital with a chest infection then it was pneumonia then the day before he died we were told he had pulmonary fibrosis, it all happened in 9 days, he then had to go to the coroner, now we can’t get a proper death certificate as they are looking for asbestos so we had to get a coroner certificate to have a funeral.
I’m just struggling with the grief, I suffer with depression, anxiety and agoraphobia anyway and it’s making everything worse.
Asked for counseling but it can be up to a year to be seen, dr put me on diazepam which does nothing. Just need any advice to help with grieving, just want my dad back who I was really close too.
Sorry it’s a long post and I know yr all going through it too, just any tips, books to help.
Thank you for reading X
