Hello I lost both my parents 2024 lost my Dad in the August and my mum in the November finding it very hard to come to terms with the loss!! 
Hi Pippy11, I’m in a similar position to you. I lost both my parents last year within two months. my Dad in July and my Mum in September. The grief has hit me more since me more since the new year.

Hi moorhen so sorry for your loss to it’s awful isn’t my Anxiety has hit the roof so really struggling ATM how are you finding the bereavement? Would love to chat! Has have nobody to chat with .
after parental loss, i attended grief groups and saw a personal counselor. i am an only child. these were so important for me to do. i highly recommend it.
i forced myself to go like treating myself for a disease going to the doctor - but for mental health. my sympathies.
