My sister passed away after committing suicide 8 weeks ago today. Im struggling to accept that shes gone. I cant imagine my life without her. Im not sure what to do.
I’m sorry you have lost your sister and that you are struggling today.
It isn’t long since you lost her and I am sure you must be exhausted with all the stress and pain that a death by suicide brings.
Have you got family or friends you can talk to or who can support you at the moment ? Be kind to yourself and try rest when you can, eat even if you don’t feel like it and just take it slowly - hour at a time if need be.
Post on here if it helps - there is lots of support and kindness from others who understand.
Sending some love and a big hug for you xx
