I am in my place of retreat in a beautiful countryside just thinkink of my granfather who passed away 34 years ago today. I never have forgotten him i miss him and all the things we use to do ever since I lost my hubby 2.5 yrs ago I have never been the same since and I get so upset so easily now. I wish I could go back in time at least my grandparents dad and hubby would still be here and I wouldn’t be sad and hurting so much. The world is not the same for me anymore all I have left is mum now and dont know what I will do without her. Rip grandad x

I am so glad you could reflect and remember your grandfather in your retreat. I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted to let you know that you have been heard and you are not alone.
