I lost my beautiful 26yr old daughter Beth to suicide 5 months ago. Ive had alot of mixed emotions in dealing with losing Beth. Over last week i have found it very difficult very emotional and not being sociable ( which isnt like myself). Is there anyone who is going through bereavement through suicide that i can talk to. Would be grateful of any advice. Thankyou.

Thankyou for all the info. Will help alot.
Hello, I’m so sorry for your loss, you’re in the early days and it’s not surprising to have lots of conflicting emotions and feeling different from one day to the next.
Have you thought about the “three dads walking book” that they have released called “300 miles of hope?”
They raise money for a charity Papyrus who have a helpline? it may help to talk to other parents?
My thoughts are with you.
Hi thanks for replying to my text. I will look out for the book. Also i have my first counselling session next week one to one which i know will help alot.
