Mom died last week. She was getting better in hospital and was walking with a nurse who let go of her. She fell and hit her head and died 4 hours later. I’m so angry. I know it’s silly but I feel they robbed her x

I hope you have support at home?
I would honestly put my mams death down to neglect from the ward, safeguarding issues had already been raised prior to her passing, they were sending her home on Monday with long term antibiotics, which I refused, Tuesday transferred to palliative care & all treatment stopped, passed away on Wednesday!
Speak to the PALS team about your mams care, although it unfortunately won’t bring her back, bless her, lessons should be learnt from this
