Dear All

Hope that all is ok & one thing for sure is that it’s lovely to feel & see the sun out this morning.

I’ve just had the first anniversary of my mum passing.

And to be honest it hurts so much…

This grief journey is so tough isn’t it.

Writing this down dose help .

Hello @Kettle - the grief journey is difficult - I found the first year anniversary of my mum’s passing really hard too. I seem to miss my mum more and more the longer time passes.
