Losing my 3yr old

I lost my little boy last week.

I am still in the funeral directors everyday with him. But Sat and Sundays they are closed. They offered me 2 hours today and 1 hour tomorrow but told me his body would be best if I kept him cold. This is the first day since he passed at 2.07am 24th July, that I have not seen him and I am broken. I just stare at videos and photos of him all day and I can’t stop crying. I just want to go to sleep and never wake up. How will life go on? How will I cope with out him? How…. What do I do? I miss him. I miss his voice. His face. His eyes. :broken_heart:

don’t know what to say,how terrible for you, God bless xxxxxxxx

Dear @NikkiKit I am incredibly sorry for your loss. I cannot even imagine the terrible pain, anguish and sorrow filling your heart right now. Keep posting here. There are lots of people who understand the immense pain of grief even if we have not lost a little one. Please if you need help sleeping or with anxiety go see your GP. It won’t relieve the pain but at least you will feel a little bit better physically, as the first few months of grief are very tough on your body. Sending you a big hug :people_hugging:

Dear Nikkikit. I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my partner Theresa in March, we were together 35 years and it has been terrible for me, but I would imagine losing a child would feel worse. Have you got any family or friends to help you with your grief, don’t hesitate to see your doctor. Take care.
