Hi all. My first post. I’m struggling with the loss of my big brother who died unexpectedly last October aged 72. He was 13 years older than I am. Losing my parents and best friend was tough but this is next level. Being older when I was born, he was away often (RAF and working around the world) so time with him was precious. He also looked after my mum for many years. I feel he was cheated by dying and I can’t stop crying. X

Oh iam so sorry for your loss, I also lost my brother last August unexpectedly and it’s very hard to cope with especially if you are close. You will have good and bad days I know but try and remember the good times when you are feeling low something about him that will make you smile , that’s what I try and do and just take each day as it comes everyone is different and we cope differently take care
