Hi, these things are normal, looking at pictures, videos anything that brings them back, i was clearing out my phone and deleted the video my sister sent with her talking, i was so mad at myself, i did ask her husband to resend but he didnt and he also moved on within a year of her death, in tine you will be able to speak about it, you feel numb when you do but i think thats how we manage, it should if been my sisters and Dads birthday in March so its a tough month, one step at a time and in time we walk the walk of grief a littler easier, take care
