Hello @Letasha , I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. Many of our members have experienced the loss of a parent and will understand some of what you’re going through.
We offer online bereavement counselling which you might want to explore. It’s free and held by video chat with specialist bereavement counsellors. You can find out more here: https://www.sueryder.org/online-bereavement-counselling
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted you to know that you have been heard and you are not alone.
Take care
Seaneen
Thank you @Seaneen I appreciate that I’m trying to get through each day as it comes and I will think about the counselling as I do find my emotions come out of no where some times and I do cry quite a bit ,and thank you for your kind words
