Recently lost my dad and struggling to cope. I’ve had to be strong( making calls sorting funeral) and I’m really not coping well and don’t know what to do
Hello @Lauraleanne ,
I can see that you’re new to the community, so I wanted to say that I am so sorry for the loss of your dad that brings you here. You say you are struggling to cope, this is so recent for you, take each day as it comes and take time when you need it.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that may help right now.

@Lauraleanne sorry for your recent loss and the struggle grief brings. Day to day just take things as they come, without imposing any expectations on yourself. Try to look after your physical well-being by eating and getting some fresh air because grief is so exhausting and just feels worse if you neglect these things. Let other people help you, talk and cry as much as you want. There’s no timeline to grief and you’ll go through it in your own way. Give yourself time to process everything. Keep reaching out, this forum is very helpful. Best wishes xx
