Hi I lost my husband 5 years ago to murder and Im just trying to cope with losing him as I broke down 3 months ago like completely broke down where I had to go to the doctor’s and I got diagnose with mixed anxiety and depressive order and I’m proper struggling day to day where some days are better then other
Amy so sorry to hear this. Death of any partner can be devastating, particularly one as traumatic as yours.
My loss is more recent, being 15 weeks ago, and it’s left me heartbroken. Grief is the price we pay for love and I will pay for loving my Jackie for 60 years as you will for your husband.
We have to survive this terrible time, so look after yourself and take care
Thank you for your kind words and sorry to hear your loss we only celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary when a month after he was attacked and died 2 weeks laters
