Nearly 5 months since he died. Haye being on my own, everything seems pointless. Not sleeping well, eating badly. Feeling overwhelmed. I am ok when I am with people but as soon as Iget home I am in despair again. Will it ever get any better

Our journeys on this awful bereavement path are all different so nobody can categorically say what it will be like for anyone else.
I am 8 months in and some days now are certainly better. I am very busy all the time , sometimes too much so for my liking, but I do think it helps.
